Product Description
Pirelli's latest high-performance track day tires with surprisingly good wet performance
Diablo Corsa technology is developed from the 2002 World Superbike, with performance enhancements more suited for street/track day riding
Diablo Corsa utilizes Pirelli's new Modular Industrial Robotic System (MIRS) manufacturing process to meet the demands of the new generation supersport bikes in terms of high-speed stability, extreme braking and high lateral corner forces
Excellent steering response, stability at high speed and while cornering and braking combined with exceptional wet performance make Diablo Corsa the ultimate for street/track day SuperSport tire
MIRS construction benefits include lower heat generation in the tire, allowing use of softer compounds, significantly controlling tire growth and maintaining handling and stability at extremely high speeds
Narrow grooves, high land ratio, increased radius profile, decrease in groove pitch arrangement and softer Silica-Silan matrix compounds are all performance upgrades over the standard Diablo
Extremely quick warm-up compound, CAD computer-designed grooves make Diablo Corsa the most effective tire produced for all types of street-track day riding in all weather conditions
Z rated for speeds of 149+ mph
Tires and oversized items are shipped via ground service only and are assessed a separate per tire shipping charge

diablo corsa
The grip on this tire for the street is second to none! The contour is ideal for lean angles and makes it the perfect tire for some good cornering.

Still on OEM tire after 5000 miles
Not a very aggressive rider here, living in Kansas you don't often wonder upon winding roads. I still have the stock Diablo Corsa tires on my 06 1000RR and am really impressed with the tire wear. Almost 5100 miles and there is barely a 1.5" flat spot on the rear tire. No cupping at either end. I compare this to my 06 F4i with Bridgestone’s at 6000 miles. The front Bridgestone is cupped badly enough I'll put on a pair of tires, currently shopping for. I just wish these weren't so expensive.

great grip
This is the stock tire on my 07 honda cbr1000rr. This tire grips really well. You can really trust it on the street and I’m sure its competent for occasional track days. You would probably want to go to something softer if you did a lot of trackdays. I’ve never had the front tuck on me and the rear grips all the way to the edge. The tires are soft and don’t have a lot of durability on a bike this powerful. that is typical of this class of tire on this class of bike. Don’t expect a lot of miles if you’re on the throttle a lot or do a lot of wheelies. I got 1500 miles out of my rear. That’s running about 32psi and quite a lot of wheelies. The cbr will shred this thing. I’m sure 4000 miles is easily obtainable if you aren’t a wheelie addict and ride sensibly.
