Tom Welp Tustin,  CA XBi The XBi has excellent sound quality. I've only used it a small amount so far but I'm happy with it. The instruction manual was horrible. My understanding is that it had some Korean translation added to it. I had to call several times to have help pairing the 2 units. I have an open and closed face helmets fitted for the units. The mike on my open face tends to move upward a little that is distracting in my left lateral field of view. I'm sure that I can get used to that. As the rider I can hear the wind rustling on the passengers mike which is very suttle. My understanding is that the XBi does not have a VOX sensitivity button. I would like to know if there is some way of decreasing the sensitivity. If it is adjustable I was not able to find the information in the manual. Overall, I like it very much. It will give it a good test run the first week of November when we take a trip from So. Cal. to the Cal/Oregon border.

D Williams Cary,  NC Installation Problem Everything works fine except the microphone (for full face helmets) is about three times larger than the older model. (Shoei RF1000).

D Wolfe Halethorpe,  MD ChatterBox XBI Bluetooth The problem I am experiencing with the XBi is setting up two separate units to use at the same time. I can get my iPod to work then try to link up my phone, but the phone will not link. If I link the phone the iPod doesn't work so more experimenting is needed. Sound quality is good and it picks up the blue tooth in my top box. People I talk to on the phone can hear me plain and clear with no wind noise. I use a modular type helmet if this helps. Charges quickly and is easy to install on your helmet.
